Service Description

This group course is offered in 2 relaxing locations on the South Coast. Mollymook Beach or Kiama Downs. This is a small relaxed group to ensure all involved feel at ease to open and learn. It is best to complete the course between 20-33 weeks of pregnancy to best prepare for a positive birth experience. This course is run over 2 full days of 1 weekend or 2 consecutive weeks. The time is 9am-4pm each day, with an hour break for lunch. I provide morning tea and refreshments:) Please email or call me to enquire now.
